Return Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your AK LUXURY purchase. Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

·    The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition.

·    Original tags and packaging must be intact.

·    Proof of purchase or the order number is required.

·    Items showing stains, odour, damage caused after delivery or signs of use will not be accepted.

·    Customised items, gift cards and items marked final sale are not eligible unless damaged, defective or incorrect.

Size exchanges and change of mind returns

For an approved size exchange or change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for reverse-shipping charges. Any additional forward-shipping charge for an exchange will be communicated before dispatch.

Damaged defective or incorrect items

Please email printriot5@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. Once approved, AK LUXURY will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing by banks or payment providers may take 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above. If AK LUXURY cancels an order, the full amount paid will be refunded.

How to request a return

Email printriot5@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and supporting photos where applicable. Do not send any item back until the return request is approved.
