Shipping Policy

AK LUXURY currently ships orders within India.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeline

Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days after dispatch for most serviceable locations. Remote areas, weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions or other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Tracking

Tracking details will be shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp when the order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Failed delivery or return to origin

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
