Products and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, descriptions, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings may cause colours to appear slightly different. We may correct errors, update information or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or availability error.

Orders

An order is accepted only after payment or eligible cash-on-delivery confirmation and dispatch. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, contain inaccurate information or cannot be fulfilled.

Payments

Customers agree to provide current and accurate billing, contact and delivery information. Online payments are processed by authorised payment providers. We do not store complete card details.

Returns refunds and shipping

Purchases are governed by our Return Refund and Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The AK LUXURY name, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs and website content may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, violate applicable law or infringe the rights of AK LUXURY or any third party.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AK LUXURY is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
